No you cannot, we have structured in such a way that;
one account can have multiple academies
each academy can have multiple courses
each course can have multiple lessons or quizzes or bundles
and the domain can be pointed to your 'Academy'
But, you can use the same domain and control the user access to certain courses, with the help of groups. Let us know if you have any questions.
