There are two URLs for your academy. The Acadle sub-domain and your custom domain
If you want to change the Acadle sub-domain, i.e. (academyname).acadle.com , please raise a ticket to support@acadle.com
You can change your custom domain by visiting Academy Dashboard > Settings > Domain
