There are multiple ways to remove your complete academy/profile from Acadle
Remove an Academy from Acadle
Login to app.acadle.com with your super admin credentials.
Navigate to the 'Academies' tab after you log in
Click on the delete icon
Confirm whether you want to delete the academy or not, as we won't be able to retrieve it again
Confirm, and that's it
Remove your complete profile from Acadle (active profile)
Login to app.acadle.com with your super admin credentials.
Navigate to the top right profile icon
Click on the edit profile
You can find an option to delete the account, inside the edit profile
Confirm, as you cannot retrieve the profile or academies again
That's it , your account, along with the academies, users etc. will be fully removed.
Remove your complete profile from Acadle (de-activated / suspended profile)
Click on app.acadle.com/delete_account
Enter your super admin email ID
You need to authenticate the ownership of the email by entering the OTP that you will receive on your email
Enter the OTP, and confirm
Your account, along with the academies, users etc. will be fully removed.
